We offer individual memberships and corporate memberships. For maximum flexibility, each plan can be purchased with a monthly payment or an annual payment.
With corporate memberships, you purchase a specified number of seats. You will be able to assign the purchased seats to your team members. Team members do not need to buy a separate individual membership. Plans are available for up to 25 seats; if you need more seats, please contact us and we will create a custom plan for you.

Do I need a membership to access CPQ Mastery?
If you want to access the premium content offered by CPQ Mastery, you must have an active membership.
If you do not have an active membership, you can still access the public content on the site. You have access to blogs, to our online store in order to purchase online courses or professional services. However, you will not have access to the community features.
What is an Individual Membership?
An individual membership is personal membership under your own user account. You can choose your membership level when you sign up, or switch your membership level at any time after you sign up. Memberships can be purchased with a monthly renewal, or you can opt for a discounted annual membership.
What is a Corporate Membership?
Corporate memberships have an assigned number of seats. The owner of a Corporate membership can invite other individuals under their account without such individuals being required to purchase their own individual membership.
Once all seats have been assigned, the owner of the Corporate membership can upgrade to a higher number of seats. Similarly, if seats are no longer needed, you can downgrade to a lower number of seats.
Are there any discounts for long-term memberships or corporate accounts?
Absolutely! You get a significant discount if you opt for an annual payment, and you get an increasing discount (per seat) for Corporate membership based on the number of seats you select. Both types of discounts are in effect for Corporate memberships paid annually.
What is the difference between paid and free memberships?
The Standard membership is free and gives you access to the entire content in the community. The Pro memberships are paid plans giving access to advanced functionality in the community, and giving you tools to connect with other members, in addition to benefit from different perks. Check the comparison table above for differences. Corporate memberships include access to the same functionality as Pro individual members, with even greater discounts and perks.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Of course! Your “My Account” page shows your currently active subscriptions. Each subscription can be cancelled at any time. If you choose to cancel, your membership will continue until its current expiration date, and will not automatically renew.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Once you are logged in, you can access your “My Account” page and navigate to your Subscriptions tab. Each active subscription can be upgraded or downgraded at any time. When you upgrade, you will only be charged the prorated difference in price between the old and the new membership. When you downgrade, the prorated price difference will automatically be applied to your next renewal.
Note that at this time, you cannot convert an individual membership to a corporate membership, and vice-versa. Contact us if you need to convert your membership and we gladly will assist you.
Will my membership renew automatically?
All memberships renew automatically if you pay by credit card and indicate that you want our payment gateway to save your information for future purchases. If you have not specified a payment method for renewal, your membership will not renew and will just expire. You will still be able to access your account and your Subscriptions, where you can manually renew the membership with the same payment plan, or switch to a different membership and payment schedule.
If your subscription is expired, you are automatically concerted to a Standard (free) membership, which gives you basic access to the Community content.
Free memberships do not need to renew and are not considered Subscriptions.
Can I manage my membership on my own or do I need to contact you for any change?
You can manage your subscriptions on your own: cancel, renew early, upgrade or downgrade. You have maximum flexibility.
The only situation where you need to contact us for assistance is when you want to convert your subscription from Individual to Corporate and vice-versa.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal and Stripe as our payment gateways. Both accept credit cards. Stripe also accepts ACH payments.
From your “My Account” page, you can manage your payment methods, and choose at any time which one is the default method. Automated renewals are charged to your selected default payment method.
